Sandy H. Kenney
Sandy Kenney graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and attained her J.D. in 2010 from Hofstra Law School, currently the Maurice A. Deane School of Law. After moving to NH, she practiced primarily family law with Upton & Hatfield in Concord, NH. She opened a solo practice in the fall of 2016 helping clients with family law matters, prenuptial agreements, and wills. In addition to non-litigated family law cases and prenuptial/post-nuptial agreements, Sandy currently focuses primarily on estate planning, probate, guardianships, and elder law matters. Her undergraduate career in Biology and her own personal experience with adoption and IVF has further led to her interest in pursuing and developing an adoption, IVF and surrogacy law practice area. Sandy is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire. She proudly served on the board of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association from 2014 through 2018. She has always been an advocate for children and animals and has volunteered in the past with the North Shore Animal League and the Manchester Animal Shelter, where she also served as a board member.
